Two Poets Meeting by Tessa Gonzalez We spoke as if we'd woken up beside each other-- face to face and eye to eye. We tucked ourselves like dawn into our villa, all the time telling stories in a city we seemed not to know-- I, on my feathers and he, immersed in bathwater.
