Program Description: This location holds a slam on the 1st Sunday of every month at 2 p.m. Notes: This location just opened in January of 1999. It is huge compared to the Court St. location. This location is open M,T,W 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Th,F,Sat 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the first Sunday of every month from 10 a.m. till slam is over. It's Only Natural Restaurant, across the hall, is open on the same Sunday as the slam every month for vegan brunches (yum). Notes: For the record: Klekolo is pronounced Clay-ko-lo. It is an African word of the Minnianka language in the country of Mali. Roughly translated Klekolo means: 'A system of rules to live by for peace and harmony in the World.' NAME: The Hill-Stead Museum's Sunken Garden Poetry Festival Address: 35 Mountain Rd., Farmington, CT - Exit 39 off I-84, straight to the second full traffic light, left on Main St./Route 10, and left at the next light (Mt. Rd.). The Museum is 1/4 mile up Mt. Rd. In case of rain, Bloomfield High School, 5 Huckleberry Lane, off Park Ave. (Route 178) in Bloomfield, about 3/4 of a mile from the center of town.
