Preface

This year's retreat theme was "Being Here," led by Sarah Dylan Brewer (known to all as "Dylan"). Dylan guided us through several meditations on the Retreat theme, "Being Here:"

I - Be Not Anxious
II - Being Incarnate
III - Being in Joy
IV - Being in Pain
V - Being Creative
