          Airplane Moon
          By Kirsten Crowley

          I have, perhaps, never lived until this very moment.
          Among koi of white
          Up in a Caribbean where water is
          Never there but always seen
          I have discovered that maybe the sap of love can
          Run from trees of iron.
          The queen I have told stories of but never dreamed of;
          She dubbed me the luckiest man in the world tonight,
          And sealed my great fortune permanently with her
          Crescent ivory kiss.
          I am forever enamored,
          A true believer.
