      Mindful of the me downsized
      In the wonder of water.
      Center is here
      and circumference is everywhere.
      I am humbled
      In the wonder of water.

      Tides continue to ebb and flow,
      Advance and roll
      In rhythmic regeneration.
      Pulling, pulling to deep,
      A power thrust lifting weight
      To burst and crest
      In regimented disarray.

      Pulling, pulling
      In the relentless totality,
      Spending self finally
      To waste its wetness
      On waiting shore,
      Where all things go back
      To where they go.
